- Use the AI chatbot to generate harmful, illegal, or unsafe electrical advice intentionally.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the SolarBud platform (including but not limited to software, text, displays, and design) are owned by SolarBud and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolarBud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. SolarBud may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
